I focus on the well-being and quality of life of my clients, and I am always trying to think outside the box.

My focus

I am very comfortable working with trauma, C-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety as well as a host of other challenges my clients may be dealing with. I prefer to work with adults at this time.

My approach

I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy along with several other modalities. I am trained in EMDR and have continuous consultation.

My communication style

My communication style is direct and solution-focused. I try to create a calm environment where there is no judgment and my clients feel comfortable sharing whatever is going on in their lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began in this field when I was in college and went on afterward to get my MSW and dive into clinical work from that point on.

My goals for you

I like to start setting goals from the first session, to keep us moving forward and to make sure my clients are getting the most out of our time together.

I will gather some background information, and we will start getting to know each other. I will help my client set goals for therapy and will begin with some light homework.
