I am so happy you are here. I enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety disorders, including phobias, social anxiety, and OCD. I want to help you combat imposter syndrome and people-pleasing behaviors. I also specialize in providing support to people experiencing grief.

My focus

Many of my clients are women experiencing the stressors of life and/or anxiety disorders, postpartum concerns, or relationship issues. I have a background in trauma work and am comfortable with a variety of concerns.

My approach to therapy is to provide a warm, comforting place in which to process your thoughts and emotions. I believe that everyone has the power to make changes in their lives, and I want to help you find hope and build the life you want to live.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was driven to this field many years ago because I had a strong desire to understand human behavior, but I didn't just want to study it. I wanted to be a part of the solution to common human problems.
