My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career in a behavioral and medical setting as a Registered Nurse in the ER and inpatient psychiatric unit. I pursued my Master's to be more involved in clients' care while promoting their health. I am passionate about helping clients overcome mental health stigma and seek help.

My goals for you

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Goal setting is patient-centered. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Our first session

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you in, main concerns, prior treatments and medication, and collect extensive information regarding your health. We'll look at how your concerns and triggers affect your mental health and overall health, then involve you in treatment planning to follow the best plan that meets your needs.
