Hi there, I'm Sam!

I'm a queer, nonbinary, Chinese American, international, and transracial adoptee who has grown up in WA state. I've worked in community mental health. I strive to acknowledge and actively challenge how power, privilege, and systemic injustice impact us. I feel honored and energized to be practicing in the place I choose to call home!

My focus

Are you interested in getting to know yourself on a deeper level? To question and explore your wants, beliefs, and values? I will meet you where you're at and provide support and interventions based on your individualized wants, interests, and needs.

My approach

I understand that you are the person who knows your story and feelings the closest. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach in our work together. A non-judgmental, empathetic, and warm presence.
