My journey to mental healthcare

Since childhood, I have cared about others, especially people who are hurting or struggling. I am thankful for God's calling and provision for my journey and each opportunity to support and care for others. I look forward to meeting with you!

My goals for you

Transparency and care mean that though the content being discussed may be painful or difficult, we will have steps to take, and homework provided to help reinforce growth areas.

Our first session

At your first session, I'll look forward to learning about you and hearing your goals for therapy and any needs or preferences for our time together. There may be forms/paperwork needed. We'll talk about preliminary homework and some scaling questions to help guide treatment planning. I offer to end sessions with prayer.
