I am an experienced healer specializing in trauma, grief, and loss. I gently guide clients on a journey of self-discovery to know their truth and inner strength. I will support you as you reach your goals and ease the burdens of anxiety, depression, fear, anger, and disconnection that disrupt your joy.
My focus
I work with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, and loss. I am comfortable addressing the effects of trauma that show up as depression, anxiety, fear, anger, confusion, and disconnection from others. I also support clients navigating eating disorders, substance abuse, and addictions that often accompany PTSD and traumatic stress.
My approach
I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems for trauma work, as I believe trauma lives in the body as well as the mind. I draw on my background as a yoga instructor to create self-awareness and help you develop a somatic sense of where trauma resides. I also integrate CBT and DBT when they serve your healing process.
