Hi there, I'm Alexandria!

I work with adults experiencing burnout, family dysfunction, perfectionism, life transitions, and substance use problems. I use an eclectic variety of cognitive, body-based, and trauma-informed approaches to help you find relief, increased meaning, and better life balance.

My focus

I work well with clients struggling with over-functioning, overachieving, harsh self-judgment, perfectionism, complicated family relationships, substance use issues, unprocessed grief, trauma, or limiting beliefs. I have extensive experience helping people and their families explore recovery and healing from addiction.

My approach

I use a gentle, compassionate, and collaborative approach to foster a safe setting for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles openly. I blend psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic approaches, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing, all with a trauma-informed lens.
