I’m an attachment-focused, relational therapist who believes healing happens in connection. I help you get clear on what’s most important to you and support you in moving toward a life that feels more meaningful. Along the way, we’ll explore how your relationships and environment shape you, while deepening your understanding of yourself.
My focus
I work with clients who are often facing stressful situations, life challenges, or burnout. I am trauma-informed and neurodivergent affirming. I work with youth, individuals, families, and parents. I am trained in I-CBT for OCD, EMDR for trauma, childhood neglect and abuse. I am neurodivergent myself and enjoy working with all neurodivergent folx.
My approach
I work from an integrative approach, pulling from different therapeutic styles and interventions to meet you where you are. We’ll go at your pace, exploring and deepening insight or diving more directly into the challenges you’re facing. When working with kids, I include both the youth and parents to support the therapeutic process.
