You can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. I value open, honest communication and will meet you with empathy and clarity. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

Working with people in distress challenged me to want to do more. Seeing clients work through trauma and improve with therapy influenced my choice to further my education. The idea of challenging broken systems drove me to social work. I am passionate about change in the human spirit and the environments that support people.

My goals for you

Effective treatment starts with setting meaningful, realistic goals that reflect what you want to achieve. Together, we will identify areas for growth and break your goals into manageable steps. Using evidence-based tools, we'll track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate wins along the way.

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know you. We will discuss what brought you to therapy and your current goals. I'll ask questions about your history to give us a starting point. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions. We will move at your pace, and you can share as much as you feel comfortable.
