I help people from all walks of life navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and other challenges that keep them from living fully.

My focus

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, grief, fear, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, and trauma. I also support those dealing with paranoia, anger, and more serious mental health concerns.

My approach

I use an eclectic, holistic approach that draws from many therapeutic traditions to achieve deep emotional healing. I integrate Interactive Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, and spirituality to help you heal negative emotions, discover yourself, build healthy relationships, and create a happier, healthier life.

My journey to mental healthcare

People have always come to me with their problems. After overcoming my own anxiety through therapy, I became passionate about helping others experience that same healing. I wanted everyone to discover the transformative power of therapy.

I greet you warmly with some small talk to help you relax, then we discuss what brought you in and explore your history. If something feels urgent, we focus on that right away.
