My journey to mental healthcare

In the 7th grade, I was helped by a therapist to regain my purpose in life, as well as challenging me to recommit to school and work towards becoming a counselor. As the therapist I saw shared: 'Helping others allows me to do good deeds and gain fulfillment.' Providing therapy is part of my personal journey in life.

My goals for you

I appreciate having an opportunity to work hand in hand with you in setting therapeutic treatment goals to help you move towards accomplishing your needs in counseling. Moreover, it is okay to allow yourself to expand your goals while working through problems or challenging areas of your life.

Our first session

Our first session is set up to gain insight into your background, history, and family. It will primarily be a time for us to get to know one another and how we can take a systematic approach to counseling, so you don't feel overwhelmed. It is considered normal to be nervous, but therapy is a process where we will work together.
