I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself. I help people who have anxiety and depression issues, as well as helping couples heal. I also work with people who have autism and ADHD.
My focus
I believe that thoughts, feelings, and actions are all linked and that this negative thinking can lead to negative feelings and behaviors. I work with teenagers, adults, and couples as well.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include other practices that might interest you.
