Hi there, I'm Niamh!

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck? I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, codependency, stress, and substance use. I also support neurodivergent clients navigating autism or ADHD. I work with clients experiencing postpartum depression, pregnancy-related anxiety, and the emotional challenges of parenthood.

My focus

I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those who feel stuck, unheard, underappreciated, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or postpartum. I also work with tech professionals, college students, aviation professionals, authors, and artists dealing with adjustment, anxiety, depression, or relationship distress.

My approach

I believe healing begins in a safe space where you can feel comfortable to grow, explore, reflect, and change. One of the most important factors for success in therapy is a strong therapeutic alliance. I am here to be your ally, your confidante, and a non-judgmental person to help you sort through the chaos and bring you towards healing.

My approach is conversational and integrative. We can explore past patterns, work through current challenges, and use tools like journaling and mindfulness. I value relationship dynamics and tailor therapy to your unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

My family and I immigrated to the United States from the Republic of Ireland when I was a child. This experience has helped inform who I am as a therapist and a person, which helps me connect with clients from various cultures and backgrounds.

My vision for my clients is to work towards authenticity and self-actualization, which will help you realize your fullest potential, gain clarity and purpose, increase self-confidence, and lead to fulfillment and better relationships.

Our first session

In our first session, I will answer your questions about moving forward and complete an assessment to understand how to help you. We will create a treatment plan with goals to ensure we address what brings you to therapy. You should expect a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental person to accompany you on your journey.
