I help clients reduce stress, regulate emotions, and work through emotional pain from triggering memories using Emotional Freedom Techniques and Mindfulness. I support people in releasing beliefs and patterns that block progress, working through grief, phobias, cravings, and childhood memories still impacting their present.

I draw upon EFT, Reiki, Shamanic techniques, guided imagery, meditation, and mindfulness to facilitate transformation and self-discovery. By channeling universal life force energy and tapping into ancient wisdom, I help clients release emotional blockages and cultivate inner peace.

I hold space to help you feel safe enough emotionally to express what you are feeling, experiencing, and wanting to work through. I value clear and open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences, feelings, and thoughts.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been on a self-growth and spiritual journey, exploring diverse healing modalities including talk therapy, guided imagery, hypnosis, Reiki, Shamanic healing, and EFT. I primarily focus on Mindfulness techniques now, using methods that help clients tune into their bodies, emotions, and any blockages preventing them from reaching their goals.

Our first session

A typical session begins with meditative relaxation and setting an intention. I guide you in tapping on acupressure points while discussing issues you want to work through, helping calm the nervous system and shift brain activity to allow for relaxation and clearer thinking.
