My journey to mental healthcare

Over 25 years, I’ve moved from a traditional, intervention-focused approach to a systems-based, pattern-oriented one. I found many clients wanted deeper understanding, not just tools. My work now reflects that shift toward insight and integration.

I help clients understand the patterns driving their struggles. As insight increases, change becomes more natural and sustainable. We also identify small, practical shifts when needed, grounded in a deeper understanding of your experience.
