My communication style

I use a "client-centered" approach to counseling. I want to provide a safe, nurturing, and confidential environment for my client. I take the time to build a therapeutic rapport with my clients, therefore facilitating the basis for achieving their mental health goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began over two decades ago. I learned very quickly that relationships can be a challenge and that many were struggling to navigate the stressors. I believe knowledge and support are crucial to a successful relationship, and I saw my calling to create a career around that belief.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting in a collaborative environment. We will work together to identify the therapeutic goals that relate to the presenting problem.

Our first session

Clients can expect a warm and friendly welcome, an overview of counseling, collaboration on a treatment plan, and a basic, essential intake assessment during their first session with me.
