Hi there, I'm Alison!

I believe you are the expert in your story, and when you feel safe, heard, and understood, change can begin. I take a collaborative approach where we work as a team. I am especially helpful with political anxiety, generational trauma, relationships, parenting, life transitions, women's issues, women in tech, and trauma.

My focus

I typically work with clients who struggle with relationship concerns, are looking to process trauma, establish boundaries, or understand their relationships with family. I enjoy helping parents work through concerns related to parenting and understanding their own trauma from childhood. I also work with women in tech processing stress and anxiety.

My approach

I operate from a client-centered lens where I believe the foundation of good therapy is the relationship we establish. I create a safe and supportive environment for you to make sense of your experiences. I draw from existential, feminist, solutions-focused and CBT therapies to support your growth and healing.
