My focus
To get the most out of counseling and this collaboration, the ideal client will be open, curious, and willing to try new perspectives and skills. Most of my clients deal with anxiety and depression. Perhaps you're new to counseling and don't know where to start, or you're restarting a therapy journey and need practical approaches and solutions.
My approach
I strive to keep an open, empathic, and collaborative approach. I hold my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also incorporate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Expressive Art Therapy. My counseling style is supportive, solution-focused, and based on discovering what works best for you.
