I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. I have gained experience serving clients in outpatient settings, crisis centers, and inpatient psychiatric units.
My focus
I work a lot with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitional periods, couples, and just general therapy. I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings toward life situations.
My approach
I typically rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help my clients gain insight and the tools to improve their overall mental health. I view every client as an individual, with their own unique point of view. I love teaching and practicing coping skills with people, and I work to help clients become more self-resilient.
