My journey to mental healthcare

I am a graduate of Southern University of New Orleans, where my commitment to serving others was both strengthened and refined. I’ve always been moved by the resilience of the human spirit — especially in the face of deep pain and trauma.

I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration and trust. I work alongside you to clarify what truly matters and turn that into goals that feel both meaningful and attainable. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and empowering, using evidence-based strategies to support steady progress.

Our first session is about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to feel comfortable. We’ll move at your pace — you don’t have to have everything figured out, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I look forward to working with you.
