I work with youth and adults seeking growth, healing, and change. My focus areas include life transitions, ADHD, childhood and intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and chronic pain. I also specialize in caregiver support for adoptive parents and caregivers of parents, spouses, or children with special needs.
My approach
My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused therapies in combination with mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. My clinical approach is empathetic, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
