Life can feel overwhelming when you’re always the one holding everything together. You may look calm on the outside, but feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of what you need. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel seen, and start finding balance again.
My focus
Many of my clients are individuals who carry the weight of expectation — from work, culture, or family — and find it difficult to slow down or feel at ease. On the outside, they appear successful and composed, but internally they’re managing a constant hum of self-doubt and pressure to do more.
My approach
In our sessions, I create a space where you can let go of those expectations and truly explore what you need. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
