I’m a licensed counselor (AZ, VT, WA, UT) who loves snacks, binge-watching TV, video games, and bird-watching. I take a fun, direct, and collaborative approach to help clients navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, and life transitions—often with a little help from my 100-lb pit bull co-therapist, Maggie!

I especially enjoy helping clients who want to build confidence, assertiveness, and healthy boundaries while developing lasting self-esteem and self-worth. My approach is motivational and often sprinkled with humor, making sessions feel both supportive and energizing.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a direct, supportive, and motivational approach, helping clients gradually face fears, build confidence, and learn tools they can use in everyday life. I also bring humor and lightheartedness into sessions.
