I use a collaborative approach to therapy, accompanying you on your journey and building on your strengths to help you rediscover your peace and clarity.

My focus

I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, working with the pregnant and postpartum population (individuals or couples) as they embark on the journey of parenthood. I also enjoy providing therapy to couples and individuals in navigating relationships, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

My approach

Each client brings a unique experience and their own style of learning, and because of this, I tend to utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, Client-Centered, DBT, EFT, Family Systems, and MI. If these acronyms don't mean anything to you, that's okay.
