Hi there, I'm Cheryl!

I bring my life experience to every session. I believe connection is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with all kinds of people from ages 21 to 99 years old. I look forward to working with you.

My focus

I work with adults and seniors, individuals and couples, who are struggling in their current circumstances or relationships. I help them navigate life changes, transitions, stress, anxiety, panic, burnout, depression, sleep issues, and ADHD. And I help with aging, grief, and trauma. I love working with clients as they learn to smile again.

My approach

I'll use a variety of approaches that best suit your needs, including CBT to help you get unstuck from limiting thought patterns that are no longer unhelpful and Mindfulness Practices to deepen your body/mind awareness. Also, as a Certified EMDR therapist, I'll help you reduce the emotional charge of traumatic memories.
