Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.

I specialize in working with people navigating: Boundary challenges + people-pleasing, High-functioning anxiety + chronic overwhelm, Grief, loss, and life transitions, Perinatal and postpartum emotional health, Identity shifts, cultural disconnection, and decolonizing self-healing, and Trauma held in the body: feeling stuck, or shut down.
My approach
I work with people who are smart, self-aware, and capable—but still struggling. If coping skills, podcasts, and “staying positive” haven’t cut it, you’re in the right place. Real healing goes deeper.
