Hi there, I'm Jerolynn!

I'm excited to support you in your mental wellness journey! I have lived experience with birth trauma and mental health issues. My motto is "Stop Hurting & Start Healing," and this mantra guides my work in supporting your mental wellness needs.

My focus

I love kids! I see children ages birth to 17. For infants and toddlers, parents or caregivers are present because the treatment focus is the relationship between them. I also work with pregnant mothers and mothers who are postpartum, focusing on maternal mental health.

My approach

I apply a variety of approaches that will fit your mental wellness needs because there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Most often, I use Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Cinematherapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, & Humanistic Therapy.
