I focus on trauma-informed care, strength-building, and reframing the story each person has experienced. My background in the creative arts helps me tailor treatment through an experiential lens, ensuring therapy feels personal and meaningful to you.

My communication style

My style is warm but direct. I try to make therapy feel like talking to a friend, using metaphors and colloquialisms to ease discomfort. That said, I am a direct communicator and often push clients to answer their own questions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in graphic design and illustration before realizing how many hurt people need help healing. Witnessing toxic work environments where employees faced discrimination inspired me to pursue therapy and dedicate myself to healing my community.

My goals for you

I help clients create SMART goals that are achievable and measurable. I provide psychoeducation and reassurance that healing is not linear. Progress takes baby steps and missteps, and every step forward counts.

Our first session

The first session involves required questions to understand your history and who you are. I add fun moments and detail-oriented questions to understand your vibe better. I know rapport takes time, so I don't expect you to be all in right away.
