My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to be a therapist, for as long as I can remember. I've wanted to help children, teens, and adults find peace and heal from their pasts. This promotes healthy relationships and improves the quality of life.

We work with patient-specific goals, short-term goals, and long-term goals. We may have several of each and check in on our progress frequently.
