My communication style

I believe that effective therapy begins with creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I work alongside each client to identify their strengths, explore patterns that may be impacting their well-being, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful and lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field because of my genuine desire to help people navigate some of life’s most difficult moments and recognize their own strengths along the way. I have always been interested in understanding people—their experiences, relationships, challenges, and what shapes the way they see themselves and the world around them.

My goals for you

My goal is to help my clients gain greater insight, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for you to discuss what you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I will also ask questions about your background, strengths and concerns that may be affecting your emotional well-being. Most importantly, you can expect a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
