I am dedicated to working with each client to provide assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment. I am passionate about helping clients develop individual treatment plans and goals that align with their needs. I am determined to educate and empower each client to successfully master their goals and improve overall symptoms.

My focus

I specialize primarily in pediatric mental health, focusing on depression, anxiety, mood disorders, thought distortions, ADHD, ODD, DMDD, grief, divorce, and parent support. I also work with Adults on depression, anxiety, ADHD, life changes, grief, and other symptoms.

My approach

I am a kind and empathetic counselor who will listen to each client's individual concerns and areas they want to improve. Some of my therapeutic approaches include DBT, CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy.

My communication style

I am an empathetic therapist who meets each client where they're at in their journey, guiding them to improve their well-being and find joy in their lives. I am cheerful and energetic, and truly enjoy working with each client. I am always open to feedback and working together to ensure each client is reaching their goals.

I chose a career in mental health because I care about others and find joy and fulfillment in helping them accomplish their own individual goals.

Together, we will discuss symptoms and ideal goals needed for discharge, and together we will create both short-term and long-term goals. I will continue to assess and gather information throughout the course of treatment, and we will update goals as needed to ensure progress is being made.
