I work with adolescents and adults struggling with relationship issues, big life changes, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, as well as individuals who are friends or family members of someone who struggles with the disease of addiction. I love to create a warm, non-judgmental, and affirming environment to help you rediscover your strengths.

My journey into therapy began as a true fascination with the human experience and how those are all vastly different, while often having many commonalities. I have a passion for helping others find their 'best selves' while also helping them define what it means for them to have a meaningful and fulfilling life.
