Hi there, I'm Krista!

I'm an eccentric, nerdy, socially awkward member of the LGBTQIA+ community in northern Wisconsin. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist; my primary approach is narrative therapy. My practice range is broad, but I am particularly experienced in working with clients on issues surrounding relationships and communication.

My focus

Since I only provide services through telehealth/online platforms, I do require my clients to be at least 12 years of age. I am happy to work with a wide variety of folks, but my practice has tended to center around supporting folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as relationship counseling (couples, polycules, ethical non-monogamy, etc.).

My approach

You are the expert of your own life. As a therapist, my approach is not to tell you what you "should" do or to judge what you have done thus far. Instead, through my primary approach of narrative therapy, I help explore how your past continues to influence your present, empowering you to let go of what is no longer serving you.
