I work with people who are anxious, depressed, and feeling stuck. I offer a mind-body-spirit reboot that changes how you think and feel about yourself by the end of the first session.
My approach
I use CBT, NLP, and other methods to help you reprogram neural pathways so you don't stay stuck in abuse, addiction, grief, or shame. You'll leave your first session with a proven strategy that works if you choose to use it. I'm not complicated—I grew up on a farm, overcame struggles, and found purpose through faith and support.
