My focus
I work with adults across the lifespan. I focus on managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and a variety of other experiences, and ultimately want to help you create a plan for growth that allows for empowerment and is achievable for you.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe your thought patterns as well as develop Mindfulness skills. This approach gives you hands-on tools and helps you develop insight and the ability to work toward feeling more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
