My approach
I utilize an Eclectic therapy modality based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as focusing on basic healthy habits to improve mental health. I have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) for individuals who suffer from sleep issues.
