Our first session

Our first conversation will be relaxed and focused on helping you feel at ease. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know you and what you’re hoping to find in therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals, and I’ll offer guidance when helpful, but ultimately, the path we take will be led by you.
