My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a nurse in community behavioral health, where I saw firsthand how access to compassionate, consistent care changes lives. I pursued advanced practice training to expand my impact, blending medical knowledge and therapeutic care to support individuals navigating complex mental health challenges.

Using evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy-informed approaches, I provide education, measurable benchmarks, and regular follow-up to track progress, adjust treatment, and build sustainable coping skills that support long-term stability.
