I work with adults, especially those addressing bicultural issues and dealing with transitions in their lives.

I focus on what is making you uncomfortable, and using person-centered talk therapy and reality therapy, we work on identifying understandings and changes to improve your comfort with yourself.

My style of doing therapy is to carefully listen to you and to ask questions so that both you and I can develop a deep understanding of what is bothering you and how you want to improve/change your life.

Being a therapist is a second career for me. I love helping people get more comfortable with themselves, whatever that might be.
