My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for supporting others is what first drew me to this field. I've experienced the power of therapy in my own life and believe deeply in the healing that comes through connection. I'm honored to hold the space for others as they navigate life's complexities and all of the emotions that come along with it.

We'll start by setting goals that reflect what matters most to you. We'll check in regularly on what you're working on and adjust as needed, so our work stays aligned with what you are hoping to take away from therapy.

In our first session, we will start to et to know one another and begin building trust. We will also start to explore what brings you to therapy. Come as you are!
