My approach is rooted in open-mindedness, acceptance, and attachment. I value the mind-body connection and incorporate somatic experiencing techniques to facilitate healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) throughout our sessions.
