Hi there, I'm Siri!

Are you experiencing a level of stress that is not allowing you to enjoy life the way you would like? My goal is to partner with you to work on navigating negative thoughts, anxiety and past trauma that may be affecting you having the lifestyle you deserve. I want to work reciprocally on goals that bring about real change.

My focus

I work with adults of all ages on a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood issues, relationship challenges, life transitions and trauma. It is important to me to meet you where you are at and help you take small steps towards feeling better.

My approach

In my clinical work, I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work collaboratively with you to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and identify practical, goal-oriented solutions that provide support.

My communication style

I practice active listening in order to allow you a safe space to feel heard. Leading with empathy and encouragement, I will seek to provide a calm and soothing environment.

Creating goals is a process between both the clinician and client. I am partnering with you throughout this process. As insight is gained there will be opportunity to adapt the plan in order to help you continue to move in a forward direction with my support.

Our first session

During a first session you can expect easy conversation and time for getting to know one another and asking questions. Remember that there is no right or wrong answers and therapy is a process. Expect to go at your own pace.
