My focus
I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, especially childhood trauma that still haunts them and gets in the way. We can make this experience exactly what you need and want. I usually meet with clients weekly and eventually scale back to every two weeks.
My approach
I use EMDR when appropriate and have extensive experience working with sexual assault, abuse, and different levels of trauma. I try to maintain a balance of connection, humor, and partnership. You deserve a life of your choosing, and I will help you get there.
