My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after my own challenges with mental health. I believe that people are capable of meaningful change when they feel understood, supported, and equipped with the right tools. I'm passionate about helping clients build self-awareness, overcome challenges, and take back their power while building the ultimate tool: self-trust.

Together, we create clear, personalized goals and strategies that feel manageable at whatever stage each client is in. I help clients build on their strengths while connecting their goals to their values to help them understand what has been keeping them stuck. Together, we develop sustainable habits to promote confidence and build resilience.

My goal is to help you feel heard and supported while identifying strengths and challenges, in a safe, collaborative space so that we can move towards building goals and habits that will lead to lasting change.
