I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy can make people nervous, but I use a person-centered and collaborative approach to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable to express yourself.

I work with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, conflict, communication, and life transitions. No matter what challenges you face, we will develop the best plan to move forward at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach is person-centered and eclectic. I meet you where you are and combine CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices to tailor sessions to your unique needs. We work together to identify challenges and strategies to effectively move forward.

You can expect my communication to be calm, clear, and open, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I utilize active listening and provide opportunities for self-reflection and skill practice while being empathetic, attentive, and collaborative in your sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began when I discovered how powerful the role of listening can be. Combined with my lifelong desire to help others, therapy was a natural fit. I believe everyone is capable of positive growth and change, and witnessing clients' successes continues to drive me.

Our first session will be spent getting to know one another. We will discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It is normal to be nervous, but we will work together one step at a time as we build this process over time.
