I enjoy working with men and women who are motivated to experience more positive outcomes in their mood, relationships, and life experiences. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve the quality of their relationship and learn more effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with research-backed skills that are practical in many situations to help you start feeling more in control of your emotions. With couples, I offer practical, effective skills in communication and conflict resolution, practiced right in session, to help you experience a difference quickly.

I often tell my clients that I don't have an agenda for you. It is my desire to come alongside you to reach your goals by providing feedback as well as research-backed skills in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. You lead the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been told by many people throughout my life that my insight, compassion, and empathy would serve others well in the area of counseling. That prompted me to go back to school to do counseling full-time. I enjoy seeing clients reach their goals and experience more satisfying outcomes in their lives.
