I’m passionate about integrating Christian counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients transform unhealthy thought patterns into healthier, more productive ways of living. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, parents of children with special needs, chronic illness, overall well-being, and work-related challenges.
My focus
I especially enjoy working with women and am certified in women's issues. I bring professional expertise, life experience, and compassion to help clients navigate life's challenges. I also work with adolescents, couples, and older adults, and welcome younger children when parents actively participate in therapy.
My approach
My approach is person-centered and grounded in unconditional positive regard. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts. Every client is treated with compassion and respect. As someone who has experienced counseling, I understand the courage it takes to seek support.
