I am passionate about helping adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck to find relief and balance through a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I guide clients in understanding how past experiences affect emotions and health, and offer couples therapy to strengthen connections and repair relationships.

I specialize in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, stress and adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, obsessive-compulsive disorders, attachment and relationship issues, anger management, substance abuse, chronic health conditions, chronic pain, and somatization disorders.

I draw from Polyvagal, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to work collaboratively toward wellness, peace, and happiness.
