I specialize in working with young adults and women using a strengths and relationship-based approach. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship struggles.

I work with clients from all different backgrounds, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. I'm also interested in helping people rebuild and strengthen relationships when needed.

My approach

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help you understand your emotions and thought patterns. Together, we create a plan that suits you and makes you feel comfortable through the process.

My communication style

I like to have open communication and clear boundaries with people I work with. I am an active listener and am ready to have a conversation as well.

My journey to mental healthcare

My love for helping people started early. I've worked with people with autism and enjoy helping them embrace their neurodiversity and special talents. My own struggles with conceiving sparked a passion for helping women work through body image, relationships, fertility, and parenting.

I think it's important to create our goals for therapy as a team. It's key for you to have an active role in this to provide accountability and comfort in the process.

Our first session will really be building that provider-client relationship and working towards a good comfort level for you. We will take this process at the speed you need to feel good and gain the skills you need.
