I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues using EMDR as my main modality alongside psychodynamic, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches. I'm here to create a safe and comfortable space for your needs and goals.
My focus
I work with teens and adults struggling with self-worth, anxious thoughts and feelings, motivation, focus, and living the life they've imagined. We'll work together to create a plan to move toward your goals and anchor yourself to where you want to be. You can be yourself during your time with me as we build up your vulnerable, true self.
My approach
I use EMDR to help you work through past and present stressors to gain awareness, tolerance, and the ability to navigate each day in an empowered and grounded way. Based on your unique goals and needs, we'll create a treatment plan for each phase of EMDR. I provide psychoeducation at each step and ensure you're in the driver's seat.
